研究方向:

(1)基于单分子定位的光学超分辨显微镜。发展深度组织的三维超分辨成像技术以及其在生命科学研究中的应用;

(2)新型基于多光谱的生物医学成像技术;

(3)生物医疗图像信息学,开发新的图像分析算法以及基于机器学习的医学图像智能专家系统。
