个人简介: 

刘之光,中国科学技术大学精密机械与精密仪器系,特任教授,博士生导师,国家级青年人才项目获得者。2013年本科毕业于中国科学技术大学少年班,2019年博士毕业于中国科学院物理研究所,之后于南方科技大学和麻省理工学院从事博士后研究,并于2024年加入中国科学技术大学精密机械与精密仪器系。研究兴趣是发展先进纳米制造技术,致力于解决光学、力学、生物医学等相关领域的应用难题。相关工作以第一/通讯(含共同)作者发表在Science AdvancesNature CommunicationsAdvanced MaterialsLaser & Photonics Reviews 等期刊。



研究方向:

先进纳米制造、3D打印、微纳光子学、显微成像、柔性电子
